Bovi Ugboma has sealed his place as one of Nigeria and Africa’s foremost comedians, and being one who’s abreast with the times, he has moved his craft online where he features in a number of YouTube series.

One of his recent series is ‘Banana Republic.’

Banana republic is a sort of pseudo Republic of Nigeria “online,” and it is one which would crack your ribs even as Bovi tries to feign seriousness as a newly sworn in president.

In the first episode which I feature here, Bovi is sworn into office as a new president, and the shenanigans is something to behold.
