The fraudulent government just came in, saw the same subsidy they shamelessly denounced as fraud as a cash out hence continued the fraud under a cony "subsidy under recovery" scheme.Meanwhile Nigeria have abundance of oil deposits but price remain unjustifiably high.

So with the senseless looting of these funds in the name of paying subsidy, they cant even refurbish the old refineries let alone build up the new ones they promised. In short, the APC was a well packaged fraud.They have no iota of how government works.
