Lol, Please do not bring tribalism into this matter. There are bad eggs in every tribe & race. But the fact still remains, an aggrieved southerner will rarely go back to mobilize his guys & come back to beat the shit out of a FRSC squad monitoring one of their highways. And he was the one that carried two passengers in front. Got arrested. Imagine another with 4 people in front, 4! and frsc will pretend they didn't see them because of past experiences.
