The entire community of Komu, Its Local government of Oyo state wants to sell part of their agricultural land for urgent needs. The entire acreage is 20,000 acres but about 6,000 acres is available for sale.

I don't understand - are you offering the entire land for sale so interested buyers can purchase acres as deemed fit or are you asking us to come buy the entire acre at once?

P.S: I'm interested in 3 acres (outright purchase).
