We are duly registered according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, is committed to making immense contribution to reduce the deficit in adequate housing in Nigeria.

The Cooperative is well organized and have all trappings of visionary leadership and efficient management, systems and processes. It is led and managed by seasoned men and women with good character and decades of experience in real estate and property development, finance, banking, administration, organizational development and strategic management. We deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and digital tools and processes for efficient service delivery.

We're aligned with respectable organizations in the cooperative community such as Cooperatives Federation of Nigeria (CFN) and Cooperative Financing Agency of Nigeria (CFAN)

[b]2. Eazy Mortgage : designed for seamless processing of affordable mortgage loans for eligible members in private and public sector; which ensures that you don't just get the loan but timely and securely.

 N5,000 non-refundable registration fee
 Minimum of N10,000 for shares; entitles member to annual dividend
