States like Abia should top this list if not for their basket trying to contain water kind of treasury. Abia internally generates too much revenue but over 3/4 are unaccounted for. It is shared amongst the kleptomaniac government officials both elected and appointed in conjunction with the ruling political party stalwarts and their touts in the state. |
