Lagos Building Investment Company appoints Hakeem Oguniran as Chairman

The new Chairman board of directors of Lagos Building Investment Company (LBIC), Mr Hakeem Oguniran brings on board the wealth of experience garnered over three decades to steer the affairs of the company as it broaden the scope of mortgage access to Lagosians.

Keem (one of his moniker) is a real estate professional, who at various time worked as a law lecturer at the prestigious University of Lagos and other organizations as company secretary/Legal, sales/marketing manager, Mr Oguniran served as Managing Director/Chief executive Officer of UACN property development company plc, after his meritorious service he moved and established Exima Realty company where he sits as Chief executive Officer. Keem appointment as Chairman board of directors of Lagos Building Investment Company is placing him on a natural terrain, the board in her recent visit to the governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the chairman revealed and thanked the governor for his appointment to lead the board and also appointing LBIC as the sole mortgage provider for all civil servants in Lagos State. As a good start LBIC has gotten N1billion from the federal mortgage bank, modalities of accessing the fund is currently being worked out.

Mr Hakeem Oguniran came prepared for this noble assignment, his vast experience is more than relevant in today's leadership cadre in Lagos.
