I wonder why Nigerians are surprised that Bode George’s ignominious arrival from prison was celebrated with fanfare by the Peoples Democratic Party faithful? Was Patricia Eteh not rewarded with a national award after being forced to resign her position as Speaker due to a corruption-related accusation?



If not for the recent courageous decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission’s chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, wouldn’t its commissioner, Mrs. Ayoka Adebayo, be allowed to midwife another state’s election in spite of her questionable antecedents as electoral umpire?



The implication of the unfolding events is clear: Our government is not serious about fighting and ridding the system of corruption. Whether we like it or not, however, the wind of political change is presently blowing all over the world and Nigeria cannot be an exception if we don’t do things the right way.

Shameful acts to all nigerians. even if you are not obliged to their belief and you fail to speak out against it then you are part of them. nigerians should stand up and tell this pdp politicians that they should allow geninue minds to take over the saddle of our great country. we are tired of rogues in government, we are tired of the pen robbers, we are tired of bad leaders who are bent in continuation of the bad government. please the right thinking nigeria this is the right time to fight.
