I personally think more federal schools will become disgruntled with national ASUU. At this rate, many of them may not even conclude first semester of 2019-2020 session by January 2021. So much backwardness.

it is the school administration that is reopening the school and not ASUU.
Reopening the school does not mean learning activities will start, unless the local chapter of the ASUU is no more in agreement with the national ASUU.
I think this is the first step that should be taken by all Federal Universities, reopen the schools first and then let FG talk to ASUU for academic activities to resume.
NOTE that ASUU did not lockdown Universities therefore, reopening is not in their power!
