Nigerian politican Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to the suspension of Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi on Friday. The Ekiti State Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) recently suspend Governor Kayode Fayemi for numerous anti-party activities. Amid is the accusation of hosting Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode. The party had in a statement claimed that Fayemi hosted a bigwig of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Femi Fani-Kayode, five days before the Edo Election, during which they planned a coup against Edo APC. Reacting to this, the Nigerian lawyer Fani-Kayode said the suspension was absurd as Fayemi was a loyal member of the APC. APC is currently on a self destructive mode and it would be nice if no one tries to stop them. |
