The chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC, in Hawul Local Government Area, Alhaji Borno: APC chairman, has been suspended indefinitely. The suspension came on Friday, following what the party executives described as gross maladministration by the chairman in conducting party affairs in the local government. According to the party executives, who signed the petition and handed over to the state party chairman and secretary in Maiduguri, they have done their part to see that his conduct did not put the party into crises but as he was not forthcoming, they were left with no option than to suspend him from the party. APC and suspension are like 5 and 6 these days. This one will suspend the governor tomorrow too. |
