To produce emulsion paint,you need the following

stirring stick,water (h20), this is for production of 20 litres of brilliant white paint.



NOTE: this is for the production of 20 formular for 20 litres white emulsion paint.



THINGS YOU NEED



water - 12kg

calgon 0.1kg

titan dioxide 0.5kg

aluminium silicate 1.0kg

calcuim carbonate 13kg

PVA 1.5 kg

nitro sol 0.1kg

NH3 and formalin 0.1kg

PVA- Polyvinyl acrylic - This is gelatinous in nature and it is the main binding force in paint



Calgon: this is a salt like powder soluble in water that dissolves all chemicals in paint
