STOP ANDREW EGBADON (Mr. Soft) FROM DEFRAUDING MORE INNOCENT NIGERIANS
Nigerians are continually finding it difficult on who to trust when it comes to money. The fact that the federal government's emphasis is on how to return Nigerians to farming by diversifying our national attention from oil to soil. Some unscrupulous elements have also taken their fraudulent actions to a new level by defrauding vibrant & hardworking Nigerians. They are desirous of learning agriculture and equally investing in the sector for better economic growth as we believed that farming holds the future for us.

The sad story and experience of over 200 investors, across Nigeria and beyond whose over #87,000,000 (eighty-seven million naira) was cunningly diverted from the intended purpose by the man named Mr. Andrew Egbadon, aka Mr. Soft. The owner of Fresh Organic Farms located in Ado Odo, Off Owode Ota, Ogun State, residing Around Orelope and Okunola bus Stop Alimosho Area of Lagos state and currently going about with security escorts.

He is an acclaimed organic agriculturist with core areas in catfish and poultry farming. Still, his operation style is to organize integrated agricultural farming training and having gained the trust of his numerous students and training attendees. He introduced the idea of Mélange Cluster Fish Farming with a promise to metamorphose it into a Farmers' Cooperative over time and Broiler Chicken Farming to others.
Because of his approach to organic farming and claims to have produced organic products as solutions to farmers' agricultural problems, his idea of fish and poultry farming clusters was accepted by everyone. His proposal, which is contained in an MOU, entails individual procurement of specific slots in an investment with Return On Investment (ROI) every three months circle when the fishes will be sold out.
In other to attract more unsuspecting innocent Nigerian investors, he paid few ROI to some investors, depending on the time of investments and to some nothing. (all these was later discovered to be his ploy) he changed the MOU terms when everyone was on board, reducing the percentage of ROI and extended the months of payment while making excuses for the staggered and delayed payment unknown to investors.

To the chicken investors, he told them that the 10,000 chicken was infected with a virus. He had his plans. When investors attempted to withdraw their investment, he held on to both the ROI and capital investments with many unfulfilled promises, giving various flimsy reasons for nonpayment.
To make matters worse, he unilaterally decided and announced the cluster's closure without refund of capital invested or payment of their due ROI. Neither did he had any consultation with investors, but instead, he absconded from his farm. He cunningly averted all efforts to compel him to refund the investor's money. At the investor's move to call the Police He, Andrew Egbadon went ahead of his victims. He got a court paper forbidding the Police's invitation with numerous lies against the Police and investors in his affidavit.

However, he has recently completed a new building, bought new farm properties, bought a new jeep and a new bus for his business expansion in Ado-Odo. Celebrated his birth anniversary in grand style, gallivanting around town with investors hard-earned money while his victims are wallowing in loss and regrets.

This is an appeals to all lovers of justice, Legal Institutions, Human Right Organizations, Voice of the Masses, the Inspector General of Police, The EFCC, IRT, and Anti Corruption Agencies. Who can assist to arise to the aid of over 200 innocent Nigerians whose money is now being used by the said Andrew Egbadon to oppress them?

Fellow Compatriots, it is time to show that Nigerians are not criminals, neither are we supporters of evil. Mr. Andrew Egbadon should be made to pay for his actions. He must be brought to justice. All should be wary of him and his cunning actions, and those of his accomplices are questionable and fraudulent. It is time to stand against this individual who has changed his phone number, and this is intended to attract new unsuspected innocent, hardworking Nigerians. Nigerians are not fraudsters. He is just "one bad egg" that is portraying a negative image of Nigerians. He is currently planning to run to France only to expand his fraudulent activities. This wicked individual must be stopped.
All Farmers Groups and the Nigerian Government should be aware of his atrocities and ensure he pay both the capital and accumulated ROI due to his investors. Let us all stand for justice.
If you have been or had any experience with him, please narrate your experience here and share this message until iit gets the attention it deserves to deliver justice and to stop these wicked acts.

NOTE: For the purpose of justice evidences are available in a different format.
