I noticed since yesterday that my tecno spark 2 keeps showing charging but not adding any percentage. took my phone to carlcare today and they said they don't have the parts |

Try and do a hard reset .... You can Google how to do it, You just hold some buttons down I sell beats headphones by the way

Change the charging cord connected to your charger. Had same problem with my phone and a friend told me the charging cord could be weak . I did that and it worked fine. Your phone might not be bad as you see it. Get an Oraimo charging cord(500 naira) . |

Try using a different charger, the issue can be from your charger and not the phone. |
