Nigerians are nonchalant about these tips because the power supply in the country has always been poor.

Imagine a teacher who sat for WAEC and obtained F9 in all the subjects now coaching WAEC candidates how to answer waec questions during the examination.

What's about those on estimated bills?
Even if they don't used electricity for a month, they are still charged a pre-fixed bill

Your home is incomplete without good quality furniture thats why we are here for you

Baba Ikeja electricity workers came to my place to read my meter, they discovered that the meter wasn't running fast so they asked how how come the meter is not running fast? I told them that I switched off all my electrical appliances as I don't want too much consumption so that my bill will be low at the end of the month, the team leader told me to put on some I said no that you have no right to tell me how I use electricity in my crib. Those guys are very daft and no matter the steps you take, they will always find means to cheat you

These are lies. Travel for 6 months and switch off everything in your house. Come back and meet accumulated bills waiting for u even when u used zero current and there are no more fixed charges. That is why they don't want to give prepaid meters because with that, u can easily monitor your power usage and have solid evidence to prove your fraud case against them.
This is for prepaid meters actually.

Cutting down on electricity consumption is unnecessary in a country where power supply is as poor as Nigeria
The percentage of homes with an average of 20hrs per day is virtually insignificant, we are talking of 0.1%!
Even in the FCT many areas suffer blackouts as much as 20hrs per day!

Stupidity is when you give advice to your mum on how to bear or give birth to you..It is good if your price are relative friendly, people buy more, and use it more.. electricity energy can not be stored in large quantities, the time frame using in generating the energy can not be conserved ...rather consider to be wasted...if not in used therefore you are increasing the future deficit.. Don't Tell us how to spend ours money..Most of equipment are tax payers fund...

Water heaters are the baddest boys in the house. The only solution is to get a very small unit so it heats the water rapidly and you let it go after a bath or wash. Leaving it on all day is terribly wasteful.
