Part of the problem we face in this country is trying to balance before sitting, which always sees us breaking our precious waist bone. What goal is this particular rule out to achieve? To curb exam malpractise? To give admissions to deserving candidates? Tell me. And didn't they say this UTME thing is to be taken once in two years? So many unanswered questions dot the past and present, yet we happily ignore them, gleefully gunning into the future, into the void created by the unanswered questions of the past. Even so, we never learn our lessons.

Welcome development but let us hope this will not cause chaos on the exam they if lots of candidates fail fingerprint scan. They should also take it a step further, by providing such data to institutions so that they can also use the scanner to ensure that the guy who registered and wrote the exam is indeed the guy who is showing up for admission.

its stupid to collect biometric data of young students just because of exams. what is africa turning into. i rather have my kids sit for toefl/sat and study elsewhere rubbish. even no that private uni in nigeria cost as much as schooling abroad

hey! What are you waiting for? Fill the jamb form sharply my guy if you dont want to stay at UNIVERSITY OF HOME agaim. U av bought d Jamb form, dere is no harm/querry dat u filled d form and later saw ur name on OAU's admission list. What if ur name dere nko?(i dnt pray dt 4 u sha) bt u av to tink of it both ways.
As at last week or so, There were only 3 centre areas left in lagos and i tink i saw somwhere dat says it ends b4 May sha. I'm nt sure as i wasnt d one fillin d form.

Let me get this straight, jamb will check the prints of every candidate. Sorry o.
Do this monkey know how long that will take? They will usb the whole day there and the exam will still not start. And what if i already planned it and instead of my prints when registering i used his?
Or i have about 20 candidates and so i also purchase a form and so i will enter prints or not.
Way forward like a friend said scrap jamb and let the schools conduct their own exams. But we know that these schools are more corrupt than jamd.
