The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has revealed how government officials diverted the N2.67 billion programmed for school pupils to feed. According to the commission, the N2.67 billion payment made to some federal colleges for school feeding during the COVID-19 lockdown ended in personal accounts of some government officials.
