The hotel issue with his staff is true, there are about 5 new cases O! 2023 Governorship is one of the reason

Locking up if you didn't pay rent should be done at the expiration of a quit notice and your goods handed over to you before then. If not done then that's an offence but "looting" is another whole case on it's own.
Let's see if he responds first before knowing if this is true.
