I dropped my Samsung galaxy s8 plus for correction after it stop seeing network changing of screen and frame from your firm, the engineer says he can't work on it as it's already 4pm, i was told I will be call once fixed, nobody call me until I call them, I was told it's ready only to find out that there's still some error after my dispatcher was already there, after the my dispatcher was delayed and cannot wait any longer, your office ppl told me I will be contacted once it's ready, no one contacted me,I sent WhatsApps msg,as the number not going again after 4pm,not delivered.i came down myself around 4:45pm the security told me everyone have left,
This is the phone told fixed is 40k that change 52k on reaching there. I don't think I can wait till Monday to handover this phone to the owner, I have had enough insults about this phone.

You didn't get my complaints, i was promised to be contacted once fixed and I was not, I make the contact and make arrangements for delivery and failed from your end, promised again to be contacted but was not and I couldn't get to you too.
