ICC that the likes of Professor Teslim Olawale Elias presided over and the world judicial system was in awe of his intellect.
A former Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales once exclaimed "if there's anything in law that Elias doesn't know, that thing doesn't worth to be known"
In 2020, somebody is sending a mediocre to represent the country.

Only in a failing country like Nigeria can such a person rise to the position he is today. If things were don base on merit, most of this northerners occupying high position won't be in such position. Examples are Buhari, DSS boss, Supreme court president, Buratai the COAS.

We need to restructure the Nigerian federation by making a new constitution that would be base on a true federal system of government like is done in the USA.

Or we can do it the way is been done in the Russia federation.
USA federal system will make Nigeria great again... that's the only option left now,

Nepotism at work.
Outside of Nigeria have you seen any Hausa/Fulani man doing well base on merit. Its only in Nigeria they use nepotism to get to positions. They want to take their nepotism to ICC.
There are other nagerians home and abroad who can be nominated and make Nigeria proud but Bihari is blinded by nepotism

Inferiority complex has eaten deep in your Head . This ICC is a SCAM by the west to checkmate Africa and weak Nations . Since the court was founded how many European Leaders or any super power president has been indicted for crimes against humanity? Read their history and see the most convicted Leaders are all Africans .

Even if we've qualified judges because of Their Agender to Doninate Africans their slots will be reduced to cut off their wings.
It's high time African leader and citizens start to reason like humans . This is how they wanted to Tarnish Adeshina reputation to take control of the ADB majority of Nairalanders fell for their SCAM but the truth prevailed . There's always a two of the coin put her head to reasoning .

NEPOTISM

Hon. Justice Ishaq Usman Bello was born on 5th January, 1956 in Zaira, Kaduna State. He began his Primary Education at St Bartholomew Primary School Wusasa, Zaria in 1965, before moving to L.E.A Primary School T/Jukun Zaria, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1972. He acquired his West African School Certificate (WASC) from Government Secondary School, Katsina in 1976 and his IJMB Certificate from Katsina College of Arts, Science and Technology in 1979. He proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he bagged his LLB (Hons) in 1982.

We're using constitution imposed on us by the Military.

The North West(Hausa/Fulani) have more senators than any other region.

How is it done in Russia?

Why didn't they nominate that Chief Justice of Nigeria? I believe as the number one judge he would have been over qualified for the job.

Nigeria should withdraw its membership from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
We should not allow Nigerians to stand trial in a supposedly international court.
