I would like to seek help from medical expert in the house, this has been going on for about a year now and I have been using several antibiotics and even did body toxification, I have maintained hygiene so well but to no avail. I have been fighting with fecal smell whenever I finished having sex or masturbate which usually last for weeks before it reduce, I am confused and I don't even know what to do, I have done several tests like hepatitis, HIV , blood culture and saliva text which shows I am ok but this fecal smell won't go away especially when I sweat, I have even tried deodorant and perfume which makes the smell to get worse, Please I need advice.

I'll advise you visit a Kidney clinic.. so many people have kidney issues in Nigeria as we speak but do not know and part of the symptoms in the early stages is one you just mentioned which if not properly managed could lead to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
