With the departure of Thierry Henry from Arsenal, Arsene Wenger's mood has not been lightened by news there is no money for big signings while the club pays off its £250million debt for the Emirates Stadium construction.
American tycoon Stan Kroenke - who paid £75m for a 12 per cent stake and wants to buy the entire club for £650m - has made it clear he will not pump more of his cash into the club until they agree to sell him more shares.

Wenger, 57, has only one year left on his Gunners contract and has said he is unwilling to commit himself beyond 2008.

After close friend David Dein's controversial departure - and star player Henry now on his way - The Sun says sources close to Wenger believe he may consider his time has run out.

If we are so broke that we cant afford to buy any big signings and we could sell our most prized player for just 16mil (they might have as well paid us in cowries), Abeg let them sell to the American guy jare  angry those old men are too stingy to pump money into the club
