The Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uchechukwu Ogah has condoled the member representing Umuahia East state constituency, Prince Chukwudi Apugo over the death of his mother, Madam Dorathy Apugo.

Speaking when he paid a condolence visit to the residents of prince Apugo at Nkata lbeku, Dr Ogah described the death of a loved one especially mother as painful and urged prince Apugo to take solace in God and in the fact that their mother died in christ.

The minister noted that late Madam Dorathy played a vital role in the lives of her children who are doing well in their chosen professions and prayed God to grant her soul eternal rest.

Responding, the member representing Umuahia East state contituency prince Chukwudi Apugo noted that the death of their lovely mother came as a shock and thanked the minister for coming to identify with them.

Prince Apugo informed the minister that their mother will be buried on 14th November 2020.

The minister was accompanied by former member of the state house of Assembly, Chief Solomon Okogbuo.
