Nigerian employers are heartless. It's not their fault, but the government's. The minimum wage is poor, and does not even apply to the private sector, which shouldn't be.

40K for a Cashier is even poor, let alone an Accountant. To make matters even worse, he said "Qualified." The only qualified accountants I know are Chartered Accountants. Perhaps, he doesn't know what it means to be qualified as an Accountant.
