Can somebody tell me the christian perspective of the status of Prophet Isa (Jesus Christ) { May the Peace of Allah be upon him) . For instance is he God, son of God or Prophet of God?

Are you serious? Normally, I'd ignore such a thread but the 0.00000001 chance that you're serious is disturbing.

Jesus was a Jew who may have lived (but probably did not) and died over 2000 years ago in a corner of the roman empire in the middle east. He is said to be the son of the Jewish deity called Yahweh who is venerated by Christians as the only true god and creator of the entire universe. The Romans appropriated his story and an English king caused the proliferation of the story to the rest of the world by translating it to English. Christians are indoctrinated to believe that the story is fact and anybody who disagrees will burn in a place called hell forever.

But he is just as real as every other deity conceived by man.

^^^ Seyi what does Genesis 1 verse 1 say? Is it what John 1 verse 1 says or different? If different why? Which one is correct? Then explain the differences, if there is any?

When knowledge came by the Holy Spirit, further light was shed on the matter:

John 1: 1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

This same 'word' that was with God, and that was 'God' came down in the flesh to his own people:

John 1: 14 - The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

The very ones he created and came down to save rejected him  . . . and they still do

John 1:11 - He came to his own people, and even they rejected him.

Jesus Christ among several things the He is to us; He is the living word of God, the Son of God and the savour of the world. He Came to the world lived in Israel, did great miracles, was crucified, buried and on the 3 day just as He had often said to His followers He rose again from the grave and appeared to about 120 witnesses.
