But the question troubling me about this controversy is as follows

1. Are these SARS personnel not Nigerians?
2. Do these habits displayed by these few also peculiar to other Nigerians?
3. Are these SARS operatives and other security personnel corrupted by the uniform they wear?

Or Are Nigerians recruited into this jobs the ones corrupting the uniforms they wear with their character?
4. Do Nigerians in other walks of life exhibit similar corrupt tendencies?
5. Those of us raising voice against these security formations, if we find ourselves working there would we do the same or not?
6. What types of persons do we recruit into these security institutions?
7. Do recruiting agents recruits based on merit or nepotism?
8. Could we have avoided recruiting personally corrupt individuals whose vices becomes increased when issued uniforms and guns?

I've never understood this SARS of a thing. Isn't it supposed to be a tactical department of the police that only responds to high-level cases like Bank Robberies, Terrorism, etc., so what the hell have they been doing on our streets? Just imagine how ridiculous it would be if someone told you the U.S SWAT teams are patrolling their streets, intimidating, harassing, extorting, torturing, abducting, and murdering them, with no accountability whatsoever. You'd only expect to see this type of occurrences in an extreme dictatorship like North Korea, so how and why has this been going on in Nigeria for so long?

After eating at an eatery to continue her journey, the bus that had passed her, she still met them again on the road still been stopped at another checkpoint and their bags ransacked. With the way they're going, they would spread to the females and kids, and no one would be left behind. A unit like SARS should be an intelligence unit, with high sophisticated tech prowess, should be a coordinated department with a control room where they get information over a lead, not just one filled with quacks that detect crimes from looks and appearance.
