An Abuja based property company has sued socialite Ned Nwoko to court over his failure to honour a contractual agreement.

Our source said Mr. Nwoko and the unnamed company entered into an agreement to which the sum of $10million was supposed to be paid to the company for its services. Mr. Nwoko and his company, Linas International Limited failed to honour the over two year old agreement despite all entreaties.

The source said it is shocking that Mr. Nwoko could be reneging on commitments despite living a flamboyant life in opulence while putting the survival of a humble property company and its workers in jeopardy.

Nwoko is notorious for keeping harem of women and splashing big cash on them to show off his liquidity. His marriage to young actress, Regina Daniels has been in the news since the union was consummated.

Another source in the know of the contract deal gone wrong said Ned Nwoko is in the habit of shortchanging business partners. The suit is billed to commence at an Abuja High Court next week.
