The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 118 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 59,583. No new death was recorded while there were 357 recoveries. Lagos State topped the list.

The 118 new cases are reported from 14 states- Lagos (41), Rivers (19), Osun (17), Nasarawa (13), Kaduna (5), Anambra (5), Edo (3), Ogun (3), Kwara (3), Ondo (3), Katsina (2), Niger (2), Plateau (1), Akwa Ibom (1).

The breakdown in the tweet of the NCDC shows that the 118 cases were from 14 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 41. Rivers State followed with 19 cases while Osun State had 17 cases. 357 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 51,308 from 50,951. No new death was recorded. Find the breakdown below.
