Bad leadership is part of us

Leaders weren't imported but chosen amongst us

The Saint today is that man deprived of power

Give him just a chance and you see who he is

The same human right activist became a leader with nothing to show for it

Behind every policy is a selfish interest fulfilled

Religion was imported but now its we that export it

In Nigeria of today, money solve all problems

Constitution is for the masses while the leaders improvise

How did we get here, but have we ever been better

Some generation have never been educated
While some generation past na only them dey rule us

The poor will die broke while the rich gets paid in death

Politics in Nigeria is a game of influence

Let's rethink our democracy before the craze turn our inheritance

Some people inherited oil well, While we all inherit national debt

Nigeria has been sold so we are living on loan
