The former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has cried out after he was assaulted by a crowd at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) rally held in Akure, the Ondo State capital. According to Fayose, some PDP members in the South West region were plotting to kill him like former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Chief Bola Ige.
