Our President, Goodluck Jonathan, a PhD holder, has been reported to have asked for prepared questions to be given to all candidates in the Presidential Debate several dates ahead as the condition for him to participate, and that the audience should not be allowed to ask questions from them (candidates) during the session. Is this in order, and what is the implication if it's not? |
