Pls how can I cure this , Once it's 8pm or 9pm even if I try to prevent sleep , I don't know when I'll fall asleep and most times alarm can't wake me up , Pls I need help , is it because of the type of food I do eat ? Biko I need help , I have missed most of my night appointments , I can't wake up at night to execute some of my night plans. Each time I dozed off and open my eyes I find out its dawn already.
Pls no silly comments... Am serious about this...
