If you are talking of commissioned Police officer, good, go for it, it is 100% OK, but you are talking about recruitment, brother, just forget about police work and mind you, gone are in the days when you join police with HND, MASTER, PHD, now, you can only join recruitment with 0'level, be you graduate or not.
Again, going or gaining admission into Police Academy (POLAC) is very tough, am sure you know that.

So because of police brutality, people should not join police again. If police should go on strike for one day, you think hunger will kill them? Or their families? No it won't, it is you and I that armed robbers will kill. So stop this your nonchalant attitude. Soldier go, soldier come, Barracks remain. Not all police officers are evil and corrupt. Even in your Church, we can find evil men there.
