The Easterners colluded with their Northern counterparts to deny Lagos Special status grant despite millions of their economic refuges living in SW. South South states are collecting bogus allowances for oil that is fast losing value which SW states don't get despite contributing the most to the country's purse. South East that contributes nothing has 5 tiny states collecting allocations like other states bigger than the region yet can't develop, always running to congest and consume the resources of others and noone sees anything wrong in that.. The list goes on and on like that.
Restructure now and let each and every region control its resources and progress according to what they generate. Enough of robing Peter to pay Paul
