INTRODUCTION
Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa along with immense natural and human capital resources. But, unfortunately, the citizens from this oil rich country find it difficult to get their heart desired job placements, especially in the Oil & Gas Industry and other allied Industrial Sectors despite being the major host of the International Oil & Gas Companies (IOCs).

The growing problem of unemployment in the country has contributed largely to the worsening problem of poverty among the citizenry. There is no doubt, unemployment leads to frustration and disenchantment, which may result in different levels of crime in a futile attempt to escape pains and humiliation of lack. To worsen the situation further, Universities have continued to produce millions of unemployable graduates who lack in-depth knowledge and requisite practical skills required to meet industries' job demands. In an attempt to fill the gap created by unavailability of indigenous skilled manpower, many indigenous and Multi-National Companies (MNOCs) have continued to smuggle into Nigeria foreign artisans to fill existing gaps which further encourages unemployment!

The only way this will not continue is; we embrace professional career development and employability skill acquisition. We have to empower people especially, those in the age range of 50 years and bellow, say to 15 years, on practical skills. In furtherance, provide them with internationally recognized certifications that will enable them compete vehemently anywhere in the world.

In light of this, DESLOG TRAINING CONSULTING LIMITED, in association with her local and international partners, has launched “TRAIN4JOBS Program” as our own contribution to ending poverty in Nigeria.

HOW IT WORKS
In this program, every participant is presented with 2 options to choose from.

Option 2: Interested participants are to choose “any 2 - 4 professional courses of their choice from the list of courses provided in the Gold Package” and pay only the subsidized fee.

HOW THE GOLD PACKAGE FUNCTIONS?
Participant are to “choose any 2, 3 or 4 Courses of their choice from the list of courses” provided below and pay a highly subsidized fee of “₦50,000 for two (2) Courses, ₦75,000 for three (3) Courses and ₦100,000 for four (4) Courses respectively.” No hidden charges.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Scroll to Gold Package Area.
• Review Approved Courses.
• Click “Register” on the 1st course of your selection.
• In the page that opens, click “Register” to add your selection.
• To add a 2nd course, click on “Add more Courses.” This leaves you with the page that opened in Line 5 above.
• On the page, go ahead to click on “See More Courses” to select.
• Afterwards, repeat Lines 4, 5, 6 & 7 to register your 3rd and 4th Courses as may be needed.
• Once done with course selection, click “Register.” This will take you to a page listing all your selected courses while giving the option to modify. If you want to modify, click “Modify Cart.” Otherwise proceed to complete the attached form.
• If new, please complete “New trainee? Please register.”
• If you are a “Returning trainee? Login” to complete your registration process.
• Make sure to review the “Payment Information,” particularly the “Payment Method,” as you can choose to make payment either Online (via “Debit Card” or “Paystack”) or Offline (by “Bank Transfer” or direct “Cash Deposit” at the bank.)
