Yes. Salary structure is not bad. But I think police need more of graduates than secondary school certificate holders that will be started on grade level 3. Graduates start from grade level 8.Most of police officers are non-graduates and illiterates.

People should spare us all this talk of police been underpaid and all that

No ministry or parastatal is well paid in this country, if you feel your job isn't paying you enough, resign and look for something else to do. Not using it as a bait to rob, extort, maim, and kill people under the guise of been under paid

Too much wickedness in the land by the leaders and officials. Nigeria needs to be restructured. #RestructureNigeriaNowOrGo

too much wickedness on the part of the leaders and senior officials. Police dey suffer but that shouldn't give you room to murder innocent people or extort money from them. They ought to carry out a peaceful protest on #RestructureNigeria too. I honestly pity them (even though there are bad eggs amongst them)

WICKEDNESS TOO MUCH ON THE LAND

Let's not add unnecessary sensation to this.

Befor u apply to be a police, u would av known the salary structure isn't it? If anyone feel its not OK or sufficient then no need applying.

Just imagine if no one apply for whatever post from npf due to their poor salary structure am sure fed govt would av done something.

Let's not forget these are men That Wil carry arm from morning to night, risk their life, at some point in their various posts subjected to several form of dehumanisation.

So, the ones still applying for the post knows why they r doing so am more reason why corruptions and any other forms of extortion won't end in npf

This thread discretely seeks to justify police brutality.

When did low salary become a reason to kill innocent people? may be teachers should start killing their students because their salaries are small too.

If you know that police salary is too small for u, please don't join the police. There can never be a justification for police brutality.
