When the government favours you, you call it connection and when it didn't favour you, you call it corruption...

Magu has eaten all the recovered funds alone and didn't remembered Buhari.... Now Baba don't know how he will put one of his Northern loyalist into the office... So the only way out is to form another Agency that will comprises of 90% Northerners being the head...

Nigeria is broke! Nigeria is broke!! Is it water or cow blood that will be use to set up this Agency? Or they wouldn't be receiving salary?

The problem is more than 90% of Nigerians are corrupts.
Those insulting and complaining are hating because they are not the ones doing it.
The better people are just the ones talking about solutions.
The smart ones are just quite and making their money with or without the government's help.

Wisdom bro
I keep tell people this, but they dont want to reason this way with you.
And the seasons are mentioned above

I dont argue anymore while I "just quite and making their money with or without the government's help"

He doesn't want northerners to be investigated by southerners when he is out of power.

Buhari to creats another corrupt agency, waist of time, manage the one we have on the ground till the end of apc 2023.

We want to hire more northerners to take over seized funds and properties and share them to relatives of men in power so that another Magu will not happen on them.

This body is being set up with Niger Delta oil money to share the loot of the executive and cover the tracks.

Nice try but we want this country restructured. We want Ogun state funds looted by Gbenga Daniels to be recovered by the South west regional government and used inside the South west and not confiscated by Magu and shared in Katsina.
See the way magi took someone's seized property in abuja and donated it to a late generals wife from maidugari.

So u dnt know that any money recovered from state is returned to that particular state? That's how they do it but it's temporarily forfeited with EFCC pending to final court verdict. If it's FG it's returned to FG's account!

fund recovered should be returned to which ever state its looted from, you can not recover property from Tinubu and give to Malami , such fund should be returned to the Lagos state government

NGpatriot:
I appreciate this effort, but we are not going anywhere without reforming the judiciary, it makes no sense to waste money and manpower on investigation a prosecution jand at the end of the day get the case thrown out based on frivolous and ridiculous ruling or laughable technicalities by crooked and vribe collecting judges.

It's not by accidents that some cases are over a decade old because of senseless adjustments to make sure that corrupt people are never jailed ot even appear in court for years.

A lot of corrupt people are walking around enjoying the proceeds of corruption that we even forgot that they are on trial because they've secured endless adjustments to keep them out of the court rooms for years and eventually freed.

Only in Nigeria you see corrupt judges granting perpetual injunctions to shield corrupt people from arrest and prosecution.

Not fixing the judiciary is putting the cart before the horse. The judiciary is the reason why corrupt people don't go to jail, it's the reason why looters loot money for power, money for roads, money for bridges, money for education, money for healthcare, money for water, money for relief and welfare and so on, it's the ultimate reason why we have nothing to show for our oil wealth.

Apart from rooting out corruption within the judiciary, we must set up special courts to handle white collar crimes like corruption, looting and stealing to adjudicate and dispose such cases without silly and corrupt injunctions, adjournments and technicality nonsense.

The judiciary is at the top of our problems.

Thanks a lot brother!

The Judiciary is Nigerians major problem.

The judges are too corrupt in delivering of judgment.

Very poor name for the new agency. Is it Just to recover and manage proceeds of crimes? Not prevent crimes of corruption through proactive actions liaising with the police and other law enforcement agencies?

I would even prefer Federal Anti-corruption Agency. FAA or FACA. Or something else very simple but harps on anti-Corruption or economic crimes.

Proceeds of crime is mere grammar.

Buhari just want to create something to his name. If Buhari is serious, he should create human beings from another planet and plant them in EFCC and ICPC, otherwise, he is just wasting our scarce funds,

Posterity will remember Bukola Saraki for his immense contribution towards the country's journey to Nationhood, despite the uncooperative attitude of the cursed Executive, ably led by the dullard in Chief.

He tried because it was the most independent National Assembly in history of the country and that's how it should be. Even the electoral laws he passed which was rejected like three times by the president is been subtly implemented by INEC.....
