The apex student association in Nigeria, National Association of Nigerian Students, NAUS, has through its Senate arm invited all Nigerian students to a nationwide protest in order to kick against the lingering ASUU strike

This latest development was made public via a post made on a facebook page named NAUS SP Secretariat on 13th October, 2020.

Below are excerpts and content of the letter:

"The National Association of Nigerian Students (NAUS) being the highest decision making body of all students in Nigeria invites you to a Nationwide protest to demand for the end of the lingering ASUU strike.

"NOTE: You are expected to lias with your various schools management for the release of vehicles and other necessary support. Note also that, it is mandatory being a Senator of this organization to mobilise your students ahead of the nationwide protest, with strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines".
