ole don dey two years but still to break down bus dey hard am:lack of tactics prowess. Lampard is fighting hard to combine about 6 new players into one squad in 4league games. He's not doing bad. Ole is worse. He has had 2years plus gradual introduction of all signings in a way to make desired impact still same old problems.
