It no news that the north is in charge of our borders via customs, also incharge of our security via army, navy, police etc. Then the most lucrative which is oil via NNPC and oil blocks which 80% belongs to the North.

While SARS is terrorizing youths in the south and extorting money, nothing is heard of the North. Is it also a way to milk founds from the southern youths and return to the North?

Just thinking aloud.

And you assume SARS misconduct would have gone on this long without remittance to the IG?

Yes, it is .
Over policing is a form of discrimination and suppression that has been going on in the south, especially the SE for too long.

Every 1 mile of road has police check points where they do nothing but collect bribe, and make citizens life miserable.

If you think that the low level officers are acting without the permission of the oga on top, then you are a fooooollll.
