We are looking for a Business Associate to be an intermediary between the company and its customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

JOB ROLE: BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities include:

Marketing company's products and services at the right price under the best terms

Providing guidance and assisting to clients.

Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to pursue it.

Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

Promote sales through advertisements.

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.


Requirements

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson

Proven track of successful sales record

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

MS Office familiarity.

Canadidate should possess B.Sc or HND or ND in any relevant discipline.

Must be residents of Lagos State.
