My phone battery is getting weak, it consumes 10% in 40 minutes.. Please, is it normal or I need to change the battery? |

Check if you have any apps constantly running in the background even after closing. If that's not the case, then you should update your phone if there is any. Still not the case? change the battery. 1 Like |

Asianjollof007:Enable developers settings by tapping on build number 7 times Once activated, enter and look for the option"running services". Click on it and use it to get detailed information about the apps that are running. Be careful with what you stop or disable so as not to crash your device. |
