142 bag first class in OAU

NO fewer than 142 graduating
students of the Obafemi
Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-
Ife, gradudated with a first class
degree in the 2008/2009 and
2009/2010 academic sessions.
The chairman ceremonials
committee of the university,
Professor Akinola Aguda, who
disclosed this at a press
conference to herald the
convocation of the university,
stated that a total of 6,862
graduating students, would bag
the degrees of the university at
its 38th convocation ceremonies,
which kicks off tomorrow.
Out of the total number of
graduating students, Aguda
disclosed that 3,595 graduated in
the 2008/2009 academic session,
while 3,267 graduated in the
2009/2010 academic session,
adding that the set of 2008/2009
session was delayed due to delay
in writing their examination.
Also, four distinguished Nigerians
would be conferred with the
honourary doctorate degree of
the university during the
convocation ceremony.

I think 1 problem is d fact that student are comin frm outside to recieve lecture.check unilg,ife,ui and some of d rest producin first class they av hostels in their skul whch makes it very easy to attend class witout avin to put themselves on rush hr and d fact that they can easily make use of d school facilities.
What can we do to improve d quality of our graduates in lasu to be better than others.
