VACANCY FOR OFFICE MANAGER IN A LAW FIRM
A Law firm, situate in Abuja is looking to hire a smart and resourceful person for the position of Manager. He is expected to have basic accounting knowledge..
He will be responsible for:
• Dealing with the day to day maintenance operations of the Law Firm.
• Book keeping for administrative expenses of the firm.
• Managing Procurements, budgeting, disbursements and auditing of expenses as it relates to procurement for the Law firm.
• Facility maintenance of the Law firm facility and group facilities.
• Sourcing and overseeing service providers for functions as relates to facility maintenance and renovation.
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects.
• Such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate should:
1. Be male and married
2. Have a minimum of an OND
3. Be smart, hands on and resourceful
4. Able to work without supervision and under pressure
5. Experience in similar role will be an added advantage
6. Basic accounting knowledge/experience, an accounting background is an added advantage.
