One key challenge in internal communication is whenever their is a crisis or failure. How do the leaders handle that communication is more important than communicating about a success. Many leaders tend to express their frustration and anger and the team gets demotivated. Some leaders can reframe failures as learning experiences and tap into people for their ideas in preventing such failures in future. The communication makes the difference.

Most employees feel disconnected from their work when they are not on the same page with the manager, client, or the team.

Sometimes, employees find it hard and hesitate to talk to their immediate supervisor. There might be an argument between them. Or no one has the “guts” to tell it to the top boss as they are afraid of harsh action.
