Aunty slow Down pls. Nobody in his right sense will be happy with situations of things but the protest is going bloody already and the storm is gathering up! some bad elements have already hijacked it.this is not a mater of being a coward but to give peace a chance. We cant claim to be fighting for our right and be deprieving other people of their right too by blocking the roads and the likes.. What of those that needs to go to hospital for their health? Blv me nobody is happy but we have to do it with brain or else we loose the cuse ultimately. Do you stays in Abuja? Come and see countless innocent people burnt all in the name of protest. How can we compensate those people ? How many lives can we ressurect? There are better way of resolving issues or making a demand without resulting to violence. Remember all this problems did not start from this regime but I understand they av cripple it the most. Let us be a law abiding citizens by obeying the curfew and sit back a bit to see if the government will fulfilled their promises or not. Dont let us put our parents in agony Dont forget there are no dead heroes., The youth av spoken loud and clear. MhisTahrah: 1 Like |

I know Nairaland is full of mixed multitude but it still cant be berated. I see loads of intellectual responses here....the killings could simply have been avoided. Just reminds me of one of the stories in our Alawiye, a yoruba literature we were made to read growing up. Ìjàpá ati àna rę (The tortoise and his inlaw-Snail). The tortoise was married to the Snail's daughter but was very lazy and would sneak to his father-in-law's farm to steal farm produce. Well, his act caught up with him and the snail decided to teach him a lesson by publicly humiliating him after he got caught. He tied him to the route villagers take to and fro the market on the market day. As people passed by early that morning, they mocked, jest, berated, did all manner to the tortoise and hailed the action the Snail took against him. As you'd assume, the Snail was proud of himself and the accolades he was receiving. It was however, a turn of event for passersby as they returned in the evening to see the tortoise still tied. None passed without hurling insult on the snail for his wicked and inhumane act. And so goes the saying:Èèbú àlõ ni taun, tààbò ni tààna re...sometimes it's just better to leave to fight for another day....Moja mosa laa n mo yi akinkanju... 1 Like |

NGpatriot:That's the problem with you paid political lapdogs that defend your political execuThieves paymasters day and night. You try to label everyone that doesn't fall for your propagandas or everyone that is not a fool you can deceive with your poorly concocted lies into your tribalistic stereotypes so you can use weaponize tribalism to advance your divide and conquer stratagems. I don't have any business or association with IPOB and as smart as your are, if you hadn't committed 99.999% of your brain to defending crooks and thieves on social media 24/7, I'm sure you would have figured that out. Some of us speak for truth and are on the side of justice. But whenever shameful lackeys like you have run out of lies to tell or defend your crooked masters, you turn the argument to tribe or all kinds of dumb triviality. Well, I asked you before and I will ask you again, instead of posting pictures and demanding accountability about how a civilian activist Yesufu was able to pay for her children's school fees in UK, when are you go to post pictures demanding accountability of how your political tin god execuThieves that you're always worshipping and defending got all their mega billions from? You are not a Nigerian patriot. You don't have a single shred of patriotism for Nigeria. Your patriotism lies with defending political crooks and thieves. |

DFAMEGUY11S:He is against anything that threatens the bankroll and paycheck of political thieves that he loves to defend. Since the protesters are threatening the empire of his masters, he is happy soldiers are killing protesters. The worst part about the guy is that he is actually very intelligent. I follow his comments. He has sense, plenty sense but unfortunately his sense is upside down. I don't know and I keep wondering how much they used to buy him to their side. I keep wondering why an intelligent person like him is on the wrong side, always bubbling with energy and fervor to defend politicians and execuThieves ruining this country. Yet he calls himself a Nigerian Patriot. Nawa! |
