A 16 Unit Residential Estate is looking to recruit suitably qualifid candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Description
You will be managing a 16 unit estate in Lekki Phase 1 if successful.

Responsibilities

Manage all equipment on site
Maintenance of common equipment, facilities and personnel
Manage building personnel including but not limited to cleaners, security etc.
Track all expenses and ensure all books are ACCURATELY kept updated at all times
Candidate Skill Requirements

HND / HNC minimum certificate level required with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
Computer proficient (knowledge of Excel required)
Diligent, autonomous worker
Detail-oriented, thorough problem solver and fast learner
Experience in Facility Management
Experience in book-keeping preferable

Salary
N80,000 - 100,000 monthly.
