sotall: My HP Elitbook 2560P Fan is faulty the last time i on it, when it start, it reached the desktop and it went off, i later open the back of the laptop in order to observe the fan well, i discover that it start working for some seconds and go off by it self, it will come up again and go off, and anytime it goes off, the laptop will go off as well. Please what should i do to restore my laptop and how much will it cost to replace the fan? |

@celsony...pls post your laptop issues in the laptop thread. This is a sales thread. I tried replying you on the other thread and I got banned by the antispam. By the way, you fan do not need to be replaced. Most laptop fans are thermostat. They dont work all the time when the laptop is on. They work when the laptop gets hot. If your laptop has other issues, troubleshooting will help detect it. |
