Goddamn. Memories rushing back. Those days we didn't have live football on tv. I watched it recorded and i was memorized! Kanu was something else This was the Arsenal that made me support them. Kanu, Viera, Bergkamp, Ljungberg, Lee Dixon, Tony Adams, David Seaman, Pires, Henry, Marc Overmars, Keown, Ray Parlour and Petit.. ah.. those were the days. Before big money stepped into football and made it a pissing match And Chelsea fans have the audacity to mock Arsenal now. This was before that Russian sugar daddy decided to lay his eyes on Chelsea.  The commentators where instructed never to repeat that phrase again? Kanu 3- Chelsea 2? |
