This can not be confirmed but the lack of no activities or participation from kogi is suggesting so. Especially when it has been alleged that thugs have been paid to attack anybody or group that attempts to protest as was demonstrated on the 19th of October in Lokoja the state capital.

SARS can never harass innocent people in most parts of Kogi State. If they try that, they have bad boys who would engage them. Those guys only fear the military guys. Could be the reason they didn't protest.
